Step 1: Eligibility Review

We gather everything needed to verify insurance eligibility and begin enrollment right away.

Provide their date of birth

We confirm eligibility and start enrollment

Step 2: Intake Meeting

30 minutes

Meet with us via video to complete paperwork, understand our policies, and align on how we will partner together.

Review policies and expectations

Sign a Release of Information for collaboration

Step 3: Document Collection

1–2 weeks

Collect the documents that help our team understand your child's history, services, and strengths.

Medical records and physician notes

IEP or school-based assessments

Prior evaluations or treatment summaries

Ongoing check-ins to support your progress

Step 4: Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Evaluation (CMDE)

1 week

Our Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) leads a holistic evaluation to map out your child's needs.

Telehealth caregiver interview

Observation in a familiar setting (can align with interview)

Review of collected documents

Use of standardized assessment tools

Step 5: Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP)

1 week

Your BCBA designs a plan that reflects your child's goals and the CMDE findings, with your input at every step.

Telehealth caregiver interview to finalize goals

Follow-up observation (can align with interview)

Integration of CMDE insights and your input

A clear plan shared for your review

Step 6: Insurance Authorization & Start of Services

1 week

Once the plan is approved, we schedule ABA sessions so your child can begin with a trusted team.

Submit the treatment plan for authorization
