Ability Avenues

Careers at Ability Avenues

A BCBA-led, play-based ABA team serving children ages 2–12 — at our Golden Valley center and in family homes across the Twin Cities. We are always accepting applications.

Two roles, always open

We hire quality people year-round rather than posting and closing openings — if the fit is right, we make room.

Behavior Technician / RBT

Work one-on-one with a child, delivering the play-based treatment plan a BCBA designed — in the center, in the family's home, or both. Every session is BCBA-supervised.

  • Certification is not required to apply — we hire behavior technicians who aren't RBT-certified yet.
  • Weekday and weekend availability both welcome; full-time and part-time.
  • Center-based (Golden Valley) and in-home roles across the metro.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Lead assessments, build individualized treatment plans, and supervise the technicians delivering them. Our clinical model is BCBA-led by design — analysts own the plan from intake on.

  • Caseloads across center-based and in-home settings.
  • Work directly with families of children ages 2–12.
  • Full-time and part-time schedules considered.
