Finding us from the highway
From Hwy 100
Exit at Duluth Street and turn onto Lilac Drive North, the frontage road that runs beside the highway. We're at 1415, Suite 140.
From Hwy 55
Take Highway 55 (Olson Memorial Highway) to Highway 100 North, then the Duluth Street exit to Lilac Drive North — about two minutes from the interchange.
From I-394
Take I-394 to Highway 100 North and continue past Highway 55 to the Duluth Street exit. Lilac Drive North carries you straight to our door.
Do you serve all of Golden Valley?
Yes — all of it. Center-based families come to Lilac Drive North from every corner of Golden Valley, and our in-home team drives to every Golden Valley address, from the neighborhoods around Theodore Wirth Park to the streets west of Highway 169.
In-home sessions here schedule easily: with the center this close, the same clinical team supervises both settings, so nothing about the care changes with your choice.

1415 Lilac Dr N, Suite 140 — just off Highway 100 on the Golden Valley–Minneapolis border. Coming by highway, use the Duluth Street exit from Highway 100; Highway 55 and I-394 both connect to 100 within a couple of minutes of us.
Do you accept Medical Assistance in Golden Valley?
